What are the shipping charges on products?

  • FREE shipping for Online Payment orders above ₹499.
  • FREE shipping for COD orders above ₹499 with Rs 50 Handling Fees for COD orders.
  • For Online Payment orders valued at ₹498 or below, flat shipping charges of ₹100 will be applicable.
  • For COD orders valued at ₹498 or below, flat shipping charges of ₹100 will be applicable.

Currently only in India.

How long will it take to receive the ordered products?

We stock everything with us and hence we attempt to process every order and ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. Depending upon your location within India, it will take around 3-7 days* for your order to get delivered. 

*There might be delay in delivery for orders in Covid-19 affected states and areas, due to delivery restrictions. 

What will be the mode of delivery?

We at Ayesha know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition, and on time. So, we use a large network of courier services to deliver your products to you as early as possible.

What will happen in case I am unable to receive the delivery?

If you are not available to receive the delivery when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier service will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our fulfillment center. In case of a prepaid order, a refund is issued to the original payment method.

How to track & check order status?

Once you place an order on our website, you will receive all the details of your order and tracking ID for your shipment on the registered email and phone number. You could also use the tracking details sent straight to your email inbox or phone number to check your order status on our website at the bottom of the home page or on your order status.
